Your table

Available group sizes depend on the date and daytime or evening session. The booking form shows the current limits. Your table is confirmed when payment has been successfully verified. The date, arrival time and number of guests shown in your confirmation are your reservation details. Your reservation duration follows the service settings for your booking. Contact the café if you need to confirm your allocated time.

Your £5 payment

We take £5 per guest through SumUp to confirm your table. We deduct this payment from your café bill when you visit. It is an advance payment towards your visit, rather than an additional booking fee.

We hold your table for 10 minutes while you complete payment. If payment fails or the unpaid hold expires, your reservation is not confirmed. If you have been charged but have not received confirmation, contact us before paying again.

Changes and cancellations

To request a change or cancellation, contact the café with your booking reference. Changes depend on availability. Refunds require review by the café and are not issued automatically by this page. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We use your name, email address, telephone number and booking details to manage your reservation and contact you about your visit. Access to staff records is restricted. Card details are entered on SumUp; we do not collect or store them. We retain payment references, amounts and outcomes for payment reconciliation and accounting.
